A Girl After My Own Heart
I caught these pictures of Alex today as we were playing outside in the beautiful weather. She loves books. And how could she not, with 2 grandmothers as librarians and a mom who loves to read. I hope she will always find as much joy in reading as I do.

Alex is so cute. That is so funny that she loves books, because Maryn has just gotten into reading them and HAS to have a t least one in her bed when she goes to sleep. What happened to blankies & stuffed animals?
Those pictures are darling of Miss Alex. It makes me so sad we never get to see her at this age. My kids love books to. Umm they must get it from Doug because I am just a fickle reader.
Oh, we have books, blankets, stuffed animals, and whatever toy she is playing with that day in her bed with her. I'm not sure exactly where she sleep.
I think it must be something about our family--I love reading, too, as do my Mom and one of my brothers. I think one of the best ways to get kids to love to read is letting them see us doing it! (Mine actually have to pull me away from books--physically!)
SHe is just so cute! What a little girly girl! I love it!
